Level Up Infection Prevention announced the launch of a new infection control guidebook designed to support dental teams in staying compliant and maintaining a safe environment for both patients and staff.

The guidebook was created out of a need to reduce confusion and provide continuity in infection control practices, according to Level Up Infection Prevention owner Michelle Strange, MSDH, RDH, while also addressing the challenge of maintaining expensive dental equipment. It is a comprehensive resource that provides all the necessary details to create standard operating procedures, logs, and other record keeping, and it even allows for creativity for the user with stickers for proper labeling.

“With this guidebook,” Strange says, “dental teams can have an infection control expert at their fingertips, enabling them to focus on providing quality care to their patients while ensuring a safe and compliant environment.”
