Since 1900, the Barnhardt family has been the cotton supplier to Richmond Dental Cotton Company. In 1947, Barnhardt acquired the company from Dr. Albert Richmond, making it vertically integrated. Throughout the decades, Richmond has developed significant medical devices which have strengthened its global reputation for quality across the medical and dental communities.
Once the acquisition is complete, SionBrands, LLC. will hold ownership of Richmond Dental & Medical, a renowned provider of superior performing dental disposables. Sion Medical and Degasa currently operate multiple production facilities in Mexico, Israel, the Netherlands, and China. This integration will enable Richmond to optimize production capabilities, streamline distribution channels, and ensure a seamless supply chain for its valued customers.
