Carver will Lead Critical Strategy, Integration, and Operational Efforts Across the Organization’s Full Portfolio
Today, CareQuest Institute for Oral Health® announced that Leslie Carver, MHA, has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer.
With over 30 years of health care industry experience, Carver will leverage her leadership and expertise to create the operational rigor necessary to build a more accessible, equitable, and integrated oral health system for all. As part of the CareQuest Institute executive team, Carver will lead critical strategy, integration, and operational efforts across the organization’s full portfolio.

Carver’s responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer will include:
● Directing CareQuest Institute's daily operations and strategic growth;
● Overseeing CareQuest Institute’s data and information strategy, project management, marketing, and operations teams; and
● Building organizational infrastructure to support the organization’s mission and intended impact.
Before joining CareQuest Institute, Carver served as executive director of Boston HealthNet, where she led an integrated network of 11 Federally Qualified Health Centers affiliated with Boston Medical Center and managed the implementation of MassHealth’s Accountable Care Organizations program for more than 115,000 members. Carver also brings extensive experience with health plans, including leading value-based contracting strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island and contract management at Tufts Health Plan.
Carver earned her bachelor’s degree in health management and policy from the University of New Hampshire and her master’s degree in health administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
