In this newly created executive role, Rochon will have a wide range of strategic and tactical responsibilities focused on the ultimate goal of growing the MouthWatch business across all product lines and distribution channels in order to meet its aggressive financial goals. Some of Rochon’s specific areas of responsibility include:
• Mentor sales and marketing team members.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and design new programs and initiatives.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for the company’s marketing and sales teams.
• Direct the company’s business development efforts.
• Represent MouthWatch as a public-facing advocate for the company and its multiple product lines.

A resident of Montreal, Quebec, Rochon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has more than 25 years of senior sales and marketing management experience with innovative dental companies including Air Techniques and Dentsply Sirona. She recently published several dental journal articles on the benefits of teledentistry.
