Dr. George Tysowsky, Senior Vice President of Technology and Professional Relations of Ivoclar Vivadent North America, announced promotions and changes in the roles and responsibilities of several members of the organization.

Jeff Smith, Director of Technical & Digital Services
Jeff Smith has been promoted to Director of Technical & Digital Services. In his new role, he will continue to manage and provide leadership with a strategic focus on the technical support activities of the organization. Additionally, Jeff will also be responsible for digital support activities with the introduction of Ivoclar Vivadent’s new platform.
Martin Schmid, Senior Technical Consultant
Martin Schmid has been promoted to Senior Technical Consultant. Since joining Ivoclar Vivadent, he has provided expert guidance and education to customers on a broad range of materials. In his new role, Martin will work collaboratively with the R&D team in Schaan, Liechtenstein, on new materials and process developments, as well as provide training to the product support team.
John Chlosta, Technical Consultant
John Chlosta has been promoted to Technical Consultant. Since joining Ivoclar Vivadent as a Technical Support Specialist, John has provided expert after sales support to customers on a broad range of laboratory materials and processing equipment. In his new role, he will assume increased responsibility for CRM Complaint Monitoring, along with other consultant duties.
Nicholas Crawford, Digital Support Specialist
Nicholas Crawford has transferred from the Customer Service Department, where he was responsible for digital contract management and customer support, to accept the position of Digital Support Specialist in the Digital Services Team. In his new role, he will support Ivoclar Digital customers through training in dental CAM and CNC software and milling equipment, as well as after sales troubleshooting and support.
