This minimally invasive revolutionary technology utilizes a dental endoscope with advanced video, lighting and up to 48 times magnification that enables the clinician to diagnose, view and treat the sub-gingival pocket environment in a non-surgical manner.
Danville proactively targets and pursues synergistic opportunities in dental materials and device technology companies, which ultimately led to partnering with the owner of Perioscopy, Dr. John Kwan, in this transaction. Dr. Kwan will continue to be a key constituent and partner for the combined growth of Danville and Perioscopy through its integration and beyond to bring it to the next level.
