Glastonbury, Conn. – MIST Inc. is the latest company to verify the content of its restorative products for labs and dentists through the IdentAlloy/IdentCeram program.
Dental labs ordering MIST materials will now receive free certificates verifying their composition and ADA classification. Labs can then keep copies for own records while submitting other copies to dentists for use in patient education, records filing and insurance claim back-up.
“MIST’s voluntary participation in the IdentAlloy/IdentCeram program further demonstrates the company’s deep commitment to customer satisfaction,” commented Chuck Yenkner, Executive Director of the Council. “Likewise, labs and dentists utilize the certificates as another way to highlight their own professionalism.”
Felix Chung, President of MIST, said, “We’re leveraging the certification program as another component of MIST’s comprehensive approach to quality and efficiency. Long after patients leave the chair, our customers will now have third-party certificates attesting to the authenticity of the materials used in their restorations.”
The IdentAlloy/IdentCeram Council is a non-profit, voluntary industry organization that helps dentists improve outcomes, reassure patients and streamline paperwork with free certificates documenting restorative material composition and ADA classification. More information on the program, including a list of over 70 alloy and ceramic suppliers certifying their products through the Council, is available at IdentAlloy.org or by calling 888-577-2634.
MIST Inc. sells and services premium CAD/CAM products for the dental industry, ranging from milling disks to milling machines.
