The Educational Programming Committee for the 2013 OSAP Annual Symposium invites you to submit plenary and concurrent session proposals for the 2013 meeting. The Committee encourages submissions that address issues pertaining to infection control & prevention and patient and occupational safety. 

The 2013 Symposium Program aims to present cutting-edge information, skill building sessions and numerous opportunities to learn, share and grow by supporting the following goals:

• Navigate current changes and emerging issues in science, technology, guidelines, regulations, policies, practices and products;

• Explore connections, resources and tools to optimize compliance; and

• Advance a culture of safety throughout healthcare.

Special consideration will be given to proposed sessions with speakers who have not presented in recent OSAP Symposiums.

Note: This is not for scientific abstracts - a separate Call for Abstracts will be posted later

Please indicate your preference for a plenary or concurrent session; however, the Educational Programming Committee will make all final decisions on program format. Session proposals must be submitted electronically via the Invited Session Proposal Form below. Be sure to thoroughly complete all sections of the form as incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Email the completed form no later then Friday, October 19, 2012 to OSAP Executive Director -Therese Long MBA, CAE at tlong@osap.org. Notification of selected sessions will be made by December 1, 2012.
