This year’s ITI Education Week at the University of Bern has just come to an end. With almost 60 clinicians from 25 countries, the 5-day course saw a new record attendance and was a great success. Many of the participants were young colleagues seeking advice how to successfully treat implant patients.
The course was run under the title “Evidence-Based Clinical Concepts in Implant Dentistry” and was directed by Daniel Buser, Urs Belser, Urs Brägger and Anton Sculean. It included 19 lectures and the opportunity to watch five live surgeries with an exceptional image quality. A live prosthetic session, participation in treatment planning as well as surgical and prosthetic hands-on sessions were also offered. “Overall, the week was very well received by the participants and it was a pleasure to work with this group of motivated people”, said Daniel Buser. “I’m already looking forward to next year’s course.”
The next ITI Education Week Bern will take place from August 26-30, 2013. More information and the registration form will be made available on the ITI website shortly.
