exocad, an Align Technology, Inc. company and a leading dental CAD/CAM software provider, today announced its participation at the 99th annual Greater New York Dental Meeting (GNYDM) from November 26–29, 2023, in New York. exocad will showcase its latest dental software and present its first cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) equipment display at booth 2003.

“Through our hands-on sessions and application specialist demonstrations, we’ve put together an exciting program that highlights how exocad’s software solutions blend into a full digital workflow,” said Larry Bodony, president of exocad America. “Attendees can see how their equipment of choice fits seamlessly with exocad’s DentalCAD, ChairsideCAD, and exoplan software.”

exocad will also host live educational sessions to support the GNYDM’s 3D Printing & Digital Dentistry Conference. The sessions will take place on the exhibit floor and will be co-sponsored by iTero and Cefla North America. Participants will earn three CE credits per course.

• Dr. Tarun Agarwal will present on implant planning and diagnostics with a digital workflow. In this hands-on educational session, co-sponsored by exocad and Cefla, participants will experience the power of an integrated workflow to realize clinical treatment planning needs. Dr. Agarwal will demonstrate how to combine exocad's powerful implant planning and surgical guide design software with NewTom's CBCT scanners to experience 2D/3D imaging that delivers clear diagnostic capabilities, strong efficiency, and enhanced precision for better clinical outcomes.

Dr. Steven Glassman’s educational hands-on session, co-sponsored by exocad and iTero, will demonstrate end-to-end digital workflows and how to bring same-day dentistry to practices and patients. Dr. Glassman will show how an end-to-end restorative workflow includes effective chairside education, predictable results, and how digital scanning can help drive treatment acceptance and improve chairside care. Featuring iTero Element™ scanners and exocad's ChairsideCAD, this workshop will detail the workflow from patient scan to a final restoration.
