Desktop Health has introduced Flexcera, a next-generation resin and the first intentionally formulated and optimized 3D printing material for use in producing high-quality dentures and other digital dental solutions.

Flexcera has received FDA 510(k) clearance and has undergone extensive clinical evaluation since March 2020. The formulation was developed in Montreal, Canada, through rigorous resin material selection, testing, and optimization. It was developed, tested, and specially selected from more than 200 formulations and studied in more than 900 patients with no known cases of breakage to-date.

In addition to possessing a high fracture resistance, the optimized formula achieves lifelike tooth translucency, resulting in a natural-looking smile.
