Leading dental support organization Pacific Dental Services (PDS) recognizes September's Dental Infection Control Awareness Month, a month-long campaign led by the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention. This year's theme, "Break the Chain," encourages clinicians, infection control coordinators, and professionals in the dental industry to advance dental safety by sharing infection control best practices, success stories, or selfies on social media and to join the conversation by using the hashtag #DICAM20. PDS-supported dental practices have always taken precautions to ensure patient safety and continue to be at the forefront of infection control.
