There is an industry-wide race to recruit top talent, which means that DSOs are becoming increasingly competitive to meet the shifting needs and expectations of the Millennial generation that is entering the job market.

And with a new Aspen Dental branded office opening every five days, Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) is leading the charge, hosting events like the upcoming VIBE Session, a unique career development and educational summit designed to meet the evolving needs and preferences of tomorrow’s dentists.

As dental students look ahead to graduation day and make decisions on where to begin their careers, ADMI is hosting this exclusive event in Dallas for 4th-year dental students from Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March, 17.

More than 125 dental students will descend on Dallas for an invitation-only experience that includes:

-A career development session and keynote speaker that inspires students to think in new ways about their careers

-An interactive panel discussion with both new and experienced dentists

-200+ interviews in a 3-hour period as Aspen Dental practice owners vie for top talent

The VIBE Sessions were created in 2015 across the U.S. to help dentists at Aspen Dental and dental students connect and learn from each other in a unique mentorship setting. The session is an opportunity for dental students to network with peers, meet practicing dentists, explore interesting opportunities, and get a little closer to achieving their dreams.
