Dental Wings Inc., a developer and supplier of CAD/CAM software and scanner technology, has become a fully-owned Straumann Group company after its shareholders signed an agreement selling the remaining 45% of their shares to Staumann Holding AG.

Dental Wings products and services will continue to be sold under the same brands they are today, and distributed by Straumann and the international network of Dental Wings distribution partners. Dental Wings’ CEO, Michael Rynerson, will be transitioning to Straumann’s new Digital Business Unit, a team of more than 500 people devoted to all aspects of the business.
