Robert Ganley, Chief Executive Officer of Ivoclar Vivadent AG and President of Ivoclar Vivadent Inc., announced the following organizational changes for its North American operations.
Mr. Chris Holden will assume the role of Executive Vice President – Chief Administrative Officer. Holden's focus will shift to operations, administration and further business development. In this role, Holden will lead and oversee Marketing, Technology, Finance and Administration, Logistics and Distribution, HR/Employee Relations and Canadian operations.
Mrs. Sarah Anders will assume the role of Executive Vice President – Chief Sales Officer. Anders' attention and responsibility will focus exclusively on the North American sales organizations in the US and Canada. Anders will lead and manage Ivoclar Vivadent's new solutions for the changing needs and demands of today's dentist and dental laboratory professionals.
"These changes are designed to better align our organization with dentistry's ever evolving market dynamics," said Ganley. "I will continue to lead the North American companies as President. However, further management expansion was needed for us to maximize these opportunities. The addition of the management and leadership strength and experience of Chris combines very effectively with Sarah's sales leadership abilities, allowing us to more effectively launch Ivoclar Digital."
Ivoclar Digital is a comprehensive portfolio of CAD/CAM products for both dental laboratories and dental practices including materials, milling machines and support services.
