The CEREC® 30th (C30) Anniversary celebration, Sirona Dental Inc.’s vanguard forum of digital dentistry, is in full swing and has met with a resounding reception.
The CAD/CAM extravaganza has exceeded expectations as more than 6,000 dental luminaries have packed The Venetian® and The Palazzo® in Las Vegas for a combination of hands-on seminars, keynote speeches, and live entertainment.
The event started Thursday, as CEREC friends and family gathered to network and enjoy the company of like-minded peers. Breakout session speakers included:

-
Dr. Sameer Puri: A leading expert on CEREC technology, Puri gave an invigorating overview on utilizing the latest in digital software and how to make CEREC the center of a digital practice.
Sessions throughout C30 will continue to comprehensively cover a full curriculum of disciplines including digital radiography, orthodontics, and implantology. Additionally, C30’s tradeshow hall played host to exhibitors displaying the latest technological advancements in CAD/CAM dentistry, including Epson's new Moverio® BT-200 smart glasses (See video above).
Thursday’s lineup culminated with Emmitt Smith, former NFL great, now prominent business entrepreneur and philanthropist, delivering a rousing speech on how to overcome adversity.
