Electronic Anesthesia System

Big Idea Software has released version 7.9 of its Electronic Anesthesia System (EASy) for the Open Dental practice management system. The Electronic Anesthesia System adds a complete electronic anesthetic record for both IV sedation and general anesthesia cases to Open Dental. Also included is an integrated inventory system for keeping track of scheduled anesthetic medications. With additional software, vital signs may be automatically imported into the patient’s record from HL7 network capable vital sign monitors.
