Meet the Host:
Robert C. Margeas, DDS, editor-in-chief of Inside Dentistry, maintains a full-time private practice in Des Moines, Iowa, and is an adjunct professor in the department of operative dentistry at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He is board certified by the American Board of Operative Dentistry, a diplomate of the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry, and a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Society for Dental Aesthetics, and the International Team for Implantology. He has written numerous articles on esthetic and implant dentistry and lectures and presents hands-on courses nationally and internationally on those subjects.

Dimple Desai, DDS
Dimple Desai, DDS, was honored in 2020 as one of the 40 Under 40 by Incisal Edge, a testament to her exceptional skills. With a solid educational foundation from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and accreditation from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Desai possesses expertise that sets her apart. She is the owner of Luminous Smiles in Newport Beach, California.
Thomas E. Dudney, DMD
Thomas E. Dudney, DMD, is a diplomate of the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry and a clinical director for the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum hands-on programs. In addition to teaching hands-on programs, he has presented workshops and lectures at dental meetings and has authored several articles on esthetic and restorative dentistry. He maintains a private practice in Alabaster, Alabama.
Marcos Vargas, BDS, DDS, MS
Marcos Vargas, BDS, DDS, MS, graduated from the Cayetano Heredia University School of Dentistry in Lima, Peru, and then completed the 2-year AEGD program at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. He also received his certificate and master's degree in operative dentistry from the University of Iowa where he is currently a professor in the Department of Family Dentistry.
