The webinar, titled "Lessons Learned from 5,000+ Hygiene Handpiece and Scaler Repairs Per Year," will be presented by Henry Schein ProRepair Sales Supervisor Zubair Rahman and Henry Schein ProRepair Technical Services Supervisor Cameron Longacre. It will discuss the positive implications of routinely and properly cleaning, maintaining, and repairing handpieces on both patient outcomes and clinician ergonomic health and comfort, while taking a deep dive into common handpiece repair issues and how to avoid them; when to attempt a simple DIY repair versus when to send a handpiece in for service; and signs that a handpiece has reached end of life and repair is no longer feasible. In addition, the webinar will feature demonstrations on how to maintain your handpiece and will present an overview of hygiene motors and how they work.
