By creating high temperature gradients during the heating and cooling phases, single-tooth restorations can achieve their final condition in only 90 minutes in the compact firing chamber.
Ceramill Therm S is particularly interesting in combination with the ultra-translucent Ceramill Zolid FX Multilayer zirconium oxide. The polychrome zirconium oxide with an infinitely variable colour and translucency gradient, promises dentures of superior esthetics at maximum efficiency. Using the Ceramill Therm S speed sintering program, the fabrication of Ceramill Zolid FX Multilayer single-tooth restorations can be achieved in a mere 3 hours, while retaining the optical and mechanical material properties. In addition to the option of "speed sintering," Ceramill Therm S also allows the alternative of esthetic finalising of restorations by glaze firing.
