US Service Center, Sales Staff
Medit recently added a new US sales staff and set up its first US service center. If problems arise with your scanner, you can now easily ship it within the US to Medit’s service center in Sacramento, California. Remote support sessions are also available, in which Medit’s trained technicians can remotely examine your scanner to identify problem areas without having to visit. In addition to the knowledge that Medit’s expert dealers can provide, Medit is expanding its online tutorial library in order to provide you with as many resources as possible to guarantee your long-term success.

A full arch can be scanned in 16 seconds and Medit’s new data file format is 84% lighter, decreasing processing times significantly. With these advancements in scan times and data efficiency, Identica Hybrid is up to 74% faster than its predecessors.
Medit’s new flexible multi-die expedites your workflow by allowing you to simultaneously scan a full arch, or two partials, together with several single dies. You also can scan up to 8 single dies separately—resulting in considerable time savings. And as always, Identica Hybrid comes with a large scanning chamber so you can easily work with multiple types of articulators (Artex, Sam, Kavo) and large models.
