Zahn Supports Industry Growth

A portion of selected product sales will benefit the Foundation for Dental Laboratory Technology.

To support the future growth of the dental laboratory industry, Zahn Dental, a division of Henry Schein, has partnered with The Foundation for Dental Laboratory Technology. The Foundation was created to advance the profession of dental laboratory technology by developing educational curricula and programs that are relevant and accessible to dental technicians and members of the dental team.

Starting this month, Zahn will help the Foundation raise funds by donating a portion of the proceeds from selected products. These products will be designated in Zahn’s sales flyers with the “Build Our Future” symbol. By purchasing these items, customers will be helping to successfully sustain the Foundation’s forward-looking agenda and provide the industry with laboratory technicians and dental team members who are better prepared to meet the challenges of today’s marketplace. In working with the Foundation, Zahn’s short-term goals include advocating for dental laboratory technology education; creating educational courses for the modern dental technician; providing scholarships for advanced education and certification; and supplying grants to formal education programs.
