Philips Sonicare FlexCare Platinum
Superior technology reduces gingivitis and plaque compared to manual toothbrush
Figure 1 | Philips Oral Healthcare offers a wide range of solutions for oral hygiene, including breath management, preventive products, prescription fluorides, and sensitivity relief. Philips oral hygiene products are designed to encourage conversations in the dental office about how patients can manage their overall oral health between appointments. The new Philips Sonicare FlexCare Platinum toothbrush has useful features to benefit your patients.
Intuitive Pressure Sensor
If too much pressure is applied, the handle gently pulsates to tell patients they are brushing too hard to guide proper technique. Patented sonic technology creates powerful yet gentle dynamic cleaning action that reaches deep between teeth and along the gum line.
Brush Head Features
The new AdaptiveClean brush head is the only power toothbrush head with soft, flexible sides made of rubber, which allow the bristles to conform to the unique shape of teeth and gums, providing four times more surface contact. The AdaptiveClean brush head enables an enhanced sweeping motion for a unique in the mouth feel and superior cleaning along the gumline and in hard-to-reach areas. It is designed to improve gingival health in just 2 weeks and remove up to 10 times more plaque in hard-to-reach areas.
The advanced InterCare standard brush head has extra long bristles to reach deep between teeth, and is clinically proven to remove up to seven times more plaque between teeth than a manual toothbrush. It utilizes anchor-free tufting for a denser bristle pack, with 34% more bristles than traditional staple-based tufting.
