The videoscope was designed for use in minimally invasive surgery for bone growth and regeneration around natural teeth and implants with bone loss. The videoscope is also being used in other aspects of dentistry, such as surgical and nonsurgical endodontic therapy. This article reviews the use of the videoscope for videoscope-assisted minimally invasive surgery for teeth and implants.
