In today's dental practices, maintaining patients' oral health between visits presents a significant challenge. Most patients see their dentist or hygienist for routine cleanings just twice a year, resulting in a predictable cycle: evaluation; prophylactic cleaning; and encouragement to brush, floss, and use mouthrinse.
