vhf has validated four Myerson
CAD/CAM polymers for vhf machines, opening more processing options for users in the field of metal-free removable partial dentures. The newly validated materials share three special properties: biocompatibility, strength, and low moisture absorption. They include: DuraFlex nylon-free PMMA material, VisiClear semitranslucent material for partial dentures and temporary dentistry, DuraCetal acetal copolymer resin for partial dentures and provisional crowns and bridges, and Ultaire AKP Dentivera, a new-generation, metal-free PAEK material that is the alternative to model casting frameworks.

2. NexxZr + Multi 2.0 disc

NexxZr+ Multi 2.0 is a dental multilayer zirconium oxide (4Y-TZP cervical, 5Y-TZP incisal) with natural color and translucency gradient and high flexural strength (850 MPa cervical, 650 MPa incisal). These properties enable the fabrication of highly esthetic, monolithic single-tooth and bridge restorations in the anterior and posterior region. The specially adjusted translucency gradient ensures good coverage in the cervical area and increased translucency in the incisal area. The integrated color gradient also ensures the efficient fabrication of natural-looking restorations.
