The National Association of Dental Laboratories annually recognizes individuals and companies who have made contributions to NADL and the dental laboratory profession. NADL members are invited to nominate a person, laboratory or organization they believe deserves to be recognized by their colleagues.

Nominees will be notified and asked to submit a brief biography and listing of their accomplishments for the Awards Committee’s review. Award winners will be selected by the NADL Awards Committee and invited to the NADL Vision 21 meeting, where they will be presented with their award during the Awards Presentation.

Any NADL member in good standing may submit a nomination. Individuals may nominate themselves. If the person submitting nominations chooses, they may submit a formal letter of recommendation to the Awards Committee on behalf of the person nominated.

Please provide as much contact information as possible for the individual and/or organization nominated. Be sure to complete the contact information at the bottom of the next page (all nominations will be kept confidential).

The Merit Award for Outstanding Achievement honors achievements, inventions, and innovations made on behalf of NADL nationally and for the industry at large. This award can recognize individuals or laboratories. (Local and state achievements should be recognized at the state level.)

The Hall of Fame Award is presented to individuals that have made contributions to the dental laboratory profession in general. These contributions may not necessarily be in service to NADL, although the nomination may be made for outstanding service to the Association.

The Laboratory Member of the Year Award is presented to an NADL member laboratory, which has made significant contributions and demonstrated leadership in relation to working in the dental laboratory industry. These contributions may not necessarily be in service to NADL, although the nomination may be made for outstanding service to the Association.

The Supplier Member of the Year Award is presented to an NADL member supplier company who has made significant contributions and demonstrated leadership in relation to working in the dental laboratory industry. These contributions may not necessarily be in service to NADL, although the nomination may be made for outstanding service to the Association.

The Excellence in Education Award recognizes an educator, dental laboratory professional, or any other industry professional that has provided services to the dental laboratory industry in the furtherance of education.
